safety
in the center
Children are required to leave his/her personal toys at home unless it
is toys sharing day or to be used as security or sleeping aid. Not only
is it distressing and frustrating for the children to lose or misplace
their toys or personal items but also difficult for the staff to locate
or identify their belongings. Children should not bring food, gum, pins,
coins, and jewelry to the center as it can be unsafe.
| SPECIAL NOTE TO PARENTS:
|
| Please sign your
child in and out daily, this is mandatory not only by the school but
it is also a state law. If your child will be picked up by someone
other than the parents, please make sure that the person's name whom
you authorized to pick up your child appears or is listed in the Emergency
Information Form. We also require an authorization letter
signed by the parents if someone else has to pick up the child other
than the parents or the authoized reason. We will require identification
of the person picking up your child prior to releasing him/her to anyone
even if his/her name appears in the Emergency
Information Form, if whose identity we have not been able to verify. This procedure must be followed to ensure the safety and
security of the children. |
