We are working to install additional web cameras for Young Toddler Room #3, dining area, outdoor biking area, and outdoor playarea.

Please read some guidelines below :

1. Please reset your password and do not give it out to anyone (access to web camera is strictly only for the parents or registered guardians).

2. You can change the angle of the camera lens but please be mindful of other parents that may possibly be using the same camera at the same time. If you see the angle of the lens change, wait for few mins before you switch it back to your desired angle.  Since each camera has only a few parents sharing it, we don't anticipate this to be a problem.

3. Please disconnect when you're not viewing.  With more live webcams available and more users viewing at the same time, it can affect bandwidth consumption and potentially degrade quality for other parents.

4. Please note that we don't provide any technical support to issues local to your web browser or internet connection. We will only address reported issues directly related to the webcams at Babyworld site.  If you believe that the webcam is down, please inform Elvie at Babyworld or contact me via email and include information on which camera and what time of the day you tried it.  

5. If you are viewing the webcam from your office, and you are having difficulty accessing the webcam (but it works at home), most likely this is due to port numbers blocked due to your company policy.  Contact the IT firewall team at your company to inquire.  Usually the default/standard 80 is allowed, and some other ports are not.  We apologize but there’s no immediate solution to this. You may only view the webcam when you go out of your company’s network such as lunch break.

6. When your child moves to the next class,  we will need to setup your account on the other webcameras (other rooms).  The easiest way to get your account is to forward this email back so all the account and webcam info is provided automatically.  Elvie will also send me the information in advance if possible, otherwise, you can contact webmaster@babyworldinfantprogram.com with this information.
